About Me
I am a user-centric problem solver with a passion for UX design. I thrive on identifying user pain points and transforming them into innovative, accessible solutions that enhance user experiences. My approach is driven by empathy, research, and a deep curiosity about human behavior.
I am always eager to learn and I am constantly seeking new experiences to develop my skills. I have conducted in-depth user research to gather meaningful insights and improve user satisfaction. This experience has given me the ability to advocate for users, anticipate their challenges, and create solutions that improve their experience.
I’m a graduate from University College Cork with a Postgraduate Degree in Innovation Through Design Thinking. Here I developed my designing thinking skills through an Action Design Research project, where I used both theory and user research to develop a problem definition and an artefact.
I graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media Design. This is where I first found and became interested in UX design, and where I first developed my UX design and research skills.
